The characteristics of super grinding material electroformed tooling:
 1. the lower cost forming grinding wheel is coated with a super material according to alloy shape. It's much cheaper than the complex forming wheel using the resin and the metal combinatory. The electroformed wheel is most suitable for small quantity with many products.
2. the shape error is less. Cause the high centralization of the grinding wheel surface, the shape is not easy to change compared with resin and metal combinatory grinding wheel.
3. the cutting ability is great, the knife uses super sharp grinding material, the grinding and cutting ability is great, the after process can reach the standard precision and surface.
4. the grinding material is buried into the electroformed tooling, according to the application and the material being cut: the grinding material buried has 50%, 60% and 70% three types. 50% burying is for special cutting ability. Heavy grinding and longer life is required, the higher burying should be used.
